The first reporting solution is available on the internet. Leading brands in the IT industry use the solution to manage their sales processes in retail.

 

2006     

The first replenishment orders for products from leading manufacturers are transferred automatically to stationary POS of a large consumer electronics chain.

 

2008     

Expansion of the vcs service portfolio by introducing the vcs management portal, the collaboration platform for smart replenishment, business intelligence and marketing activity management.


2009

First customers in Austria use the vcs solution.


2010     

Business growth and increased headcount lead to new premises in Munich / Ismaning.

 

2011     

Further development of the web portal to a solution for an entire retail chain incl. replenishment for all product groups.

 

2012     

Growing number of manufacturers and retailers from the IT and CE industry as well as widening of the current portfolio to include a detailed forecast model on dealer and product level. New customers in Switzerland and the Netherlands.

 

2013     

Expansion of international activities in Belgium and Luxembourg as well as building a distributor solution for disposition of goods for several retail chains and a variety of manufacturers in a web portal.

First customer in Poland uses vcs replenishment and a pilot project in Russia starts. The vcs business intelligence solution is growing fo a 360° view on the customer.

 

2015     

Expansion of replenishment services operating the online and offline POS of a retail chain with centralized control. Further development of marketing activity management as an extensive solution for planning, management and analysis of marketing activities in the channel.

Market entry in Italy. Enhancement of the vcs solution to a sales management platform.
